1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Aari Works — whether in person, by telephone, or via WhatsApp — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any order.
These terms apply to all clients of Aari Works, located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
2. Our Services
Aari Works provides handcrafted embroidery services including but not limited to:
- Aari embroidery on blouses, sarees, lehengas and dupattas
- Zardozi, stonework, bead work and mirror work
- Custom bridal embroidery as per client specifications
- Repair and restoration of existing embroidered garments
All work is entirely handcrafted. Minor natural variations in handwork are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Confirmation
3.1 Order Placement
An order is considered confirmed only when both parties have agreed on the design, price, and timeline, and the advance payment has been received.
3.2 Design Agreement
Clients are required to approve the final design (via a reference image, sketch, or verbal confirmation) before work begins. Aari Works will not be responsible for design dissatisfaction if the work matches the agreed reference.
3.3 Fabric Responsibility
Clients provide their own fabric. Aari Works will handle all client fabric with utmost care. However, Aari Works is not liable for pre-existing damage in fabric, or damage caused by the nature of the fabric itself (e.g., delicate sheers, very old silk).
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted on a per-order basis depending on the complexity, size, and materials involved. All prices are final once agreed and confirmed.
Advance: 50% of the total order value is required at the time of confirmation. Balance: Remaining 50% is due upon completion, before or at the time of delivery/pickup.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer. Receipts are provided upon request.
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Estimated completion timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and are approximate. Aari Works will make every reasonable effort to deliver on time.
Delays due to material procurement, complexity, or peak bridal season may occur. Clients will be informed proactively of any significant delay.
Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and carry a surcharge.
Aari Works is not liable for losses arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by Client
- Before work begins: Full advance refund minus any material costs already incurred.
- After work has begun: Advance is non-refundable. Any materials purchased for the order will be billed.
- After completion: No refund. Balance payment remains due.
6.2 Rework & Corrections
If the completed work does not match the agreed design due to our error, we will correct it at no additional charge. Requests for rework due to a change of preference after approval are subject to additional charges.
6.3 Cancellation by Aari Works
In the rare event that Aari Works must cancel an order (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), the full advance will be refunded to the client.
7. Intellectual Property
Design photographs and portfolio images displayed on this website are the property of Aari Works. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
Custom designs created for clients are made exclusively for their personal use. We may use photos of the finished work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aari Works' total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including emotional distress, event disruption, or loss of use.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.

- Process and fulfil your embroidery order

- Maintain order records for our internal reference

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited messages or promotional content without your consent.
4. Photography & Portfolio Use
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media. These photos show the embroidery only — not the wearer.
If you would prefer that your order not be photographed or shared, please inform us at the time of placing your order and we will fully respect that request.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your contact details and order information are stored securely and accessed only by Aari Works staff involved in fulfilling your order. We do not store payment details such as bank account numbers.
WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and end-to-end encryption.
6. How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain basic order records (name, phone, order description) for up to 3 years for reference and warranty/repair purposes. After this period, records are deleted or anonymised.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Withdraw consent for portfolio photography at any time
